Our firm typically does not charge for phone calls, client meetings, photocopies, and other incidentals. We prefer not to charge by the hour. Instead, our firm prefers to estimate the work involved and give the client a fixed-fee quote before proceeding. Our clients appreciate knowing in advance exactly how much they can expect to be charged.
Our typical patent fees include: Prior Art Search ($500), Basic Provisional Patent Application ($500), Complete Provisional Patent Application ($2500-$5000), non-Provisional Patent Application ($3500-$6000), and Response to Office Action ($500-$2000).
Our typical trademark fees for a Comprehensive Trademark Search (Federal, State, and Common Law) and Federal Trademark Application for one class are $500 for a word mark, $700 for a design mark, and $900 for combination word and design mark.
